The Mind Behind ManagerUp
After three decades in international leadership roles across corporate strategy, marketing, and M&A, I saw a growing gap between the skills professionals have — and the ones they truly need to thrive in today’s fast-paced world.
In 2016, I started ManagerUp as a blog to support executive wellness. Over time, that mission evolved. Today, ManagerUp is a full learning platform where professionals can access practical, expert-led courses.
I hold certifications in Microsoft AI, corporate wellness, and mindfulness coaching. But more than that, I’ve been in your shoes — navigating pressure, change, and ambition all at once.

Since my teenage years, I’ve lived at the intersection of technology, spirituality and personal growth.
I learned to code in three programming languages before I turned 18, and I’ve followed the evolution of technology ever since. At the same time, spirituality and mindfulness have always shaped how I work, lead, and live.
ManagerUp is the result of this lifelong dual passion — combining logic with spirituality, innovation with well-being.
